Hourly Full Time: 40 hours per week LPN starting at $24/hr Physical Location: Bedford Family Practice 470 US 421, Bedford, KY 40006 The Job You Will Perform: Uphold CCMH’s Core Values of: Respect, Compassion, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence Apply knowledge of growth and development in patient and family interactions to care for patients Measure vital signs on each patient upon presentation to clinic. Administer medications as ordered by providers while maintaining the 5 Rights. Document accurately in the patient’s electronic medical record. Reconcile patient medication lists. Contact patients regarding important messages about medications, test results, and other general medical information. Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA requirements. Other duties as assigned within scope of practice.
