Primary Responsibilities: * Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients. * Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or designee while independently applying advanced nursing knowledge and skills. * Manage complex clinical situations and ensure high-quality patient care. * Use assistance or assistive equipment for tasks involving more than 50 lbs. to ensure safety. ✅ What You’ll Need: * Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the State of Michigan. * CPR certification required or willing to obtain upon hire. * Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the frail and elderly. * Tasks involving more than 50 lbs. require assistance or assistive equipment for safe performance. * Previous experience working with the elderly / geriatric care The above is a summary of the position, it in no way states or implies that these are the only duties this position will be required to perform.
