Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time Grand Villa of Delray Beach is a welcoming senior living community dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position offers flexibility with a minimum of two days per week and provides an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents. Key Responsibilities: - Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies - Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor - Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support to residents - Document resident care accurately and maintain detailed health records - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans - Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations Skills and Qualifications: - Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida - Prior experience in senior care or long-term care preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records are a plus At Grand Villa of Delray Beach, we foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment where our staff can grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in residents’ lives.
