Job Details Job Location: Willapa Harbor Hospital - South Bend, WA 98586 PAY: According to the Union Contract-DOE $27.43- $46.83, EOE Shift: Per Diem Day/ Nights, weekends, holidays Delivers nursing care to assigned patients in collaboration with a Registered Nurse and is accountable for patient care administered during the shift. The LPN is accountable to the RN, Charge Nurse, and Director of Nursing and is responsible for adhering to all Standards of Nursing Care. This position reports directly to the Med/surg Manager. Qualifications Licensed as a Practical Nurse in Washington State Graduate from accredited School of Practical Nursing. Hold current CPR Certification

Responsibilities

The LPN delivers nursing care to assigned patients in collaboration with a Registered Nurse. They are accountable for the patient care administered during their shift.
