(some rewards based on hours worked) LPN Team Leader Responsibilities include: Monitors and provides for the medical needs of the resident through emergency response, physician contact, accurate and complete clinical assessments, requests for physician services, pharmacist consultations, and other measures as indicated. Performs treatments as prescribed. Directs Med Tech’s assignments when delegating. Responsible for supervision of Med Techs and Resident Assistants. Coordinates resident care and manages staff duties and assignments. Assists residents in maintaining health through education (nutrition, hygiene, exercise, medications) and advocacy for residents with other health care providers. Requirements LPN Team Leader Qualifications: PA LPN license required. Experience working in geriatrics and/or those with dementia is helpful. Tel Hai is an Equal Opportunity Employer
Responsibilities
