KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide direct nursing care to residents, focusing on Memory Care patients. * Administer medications accurately and safely according to prescribed orders. * Monitor and document residents’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team. * Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care. * Educate residents and their families about health conditions and medication management. * Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility policies.
