Requirements Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license within the state of practice Minimum of one (1) year of Licensed Practical Nurse experience in private duty, home health, hospice, hospital or skilled nursing facility; previous private duty / home healthcare experience preferred Current CPR certification Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse, the primary responsibility is providing one-on-one patient care and educating the patient's family within the home setting. This role is full-time, working day shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., typically involving 3 or 4 twelve-hour shifts per week with alternating weekends.
