Salary: $25 - $32 / per hour Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Leitchfield, KY. In this role, you will provide one-on-one patient care in the comfort of the patient’s home. We serve both pediatric and adult patients, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact across all ages. We are hiring for full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling options, including day, evening, and night shifts. On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
