Recovering Hope Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate, team-focused Full-Time LPN to join our medical team! Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend Pay Range: $25.00 – $33.60 per hour What You’ll Do As an LPN with us, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients’ health and recovery journey by: Conducting physical exams and general health assessments Administering scheduled and PRN medications under the direction of the Medical Director or Registered Nurse Completing intake and ongoing health assessments Collaborating with treatment teams for planning and consultation Documenting client progress and health updates Supporting and guiding Medication Technicians Maintaining professional development to meet licensing requirements Requirements Qualifications: Degree from an accredited school of nursing. Licensed Practical Nurse certification from the State of Minnesota in good standing. Current American Heart Association BLS Card, training offered onsite. Must be at least 18 years of age, per licensure requirement pertaining to staff who supervise clients at a residential facility. Physical Requirements: Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, printer, etc. Frequently lift equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height throughout the day. Frequently communicate with employees, parents, clients and other individuals with key relationships. This requires receiving and providing accurate information in writing or verbally, in these situations. . Frequently read and update medical records, prescriptions and medication bottles, medical orders, etc. Frequently move around the office to access file cabinets, office machinery and supplies, etc.
Responsibilities
The Licensed Practical Nurse will support client health and recovery by conducting physical exams, general health assessments, and administering medications under supervision. This role also involves collaborating with treatment teams, documenting client progress, and guiding Medication Technicians.
