Come be a part of the revolution!   About the Role: Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for Enhanced Living and Assisted Living As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Wesley on Grand. As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will: * Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects. * Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management. * Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families. * Support CNAs and other healthcare team members, providing guidance and training as needed. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents. * Offer emotional support and education to residents and their families, promoting overall well-being and understanding of care plans. Responsibilities

The nurse will conduct comprehensive health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide direct nursing care such as wound care and IV therapy. They will also collaborate with the healthcare team and support CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
