Friends Homes is hiring Full-Time RNs and LPNs for our overnight (3rd shift) team. If you’re a compassionate nurse who enjoys making a meaningful impact in a supportive, team-focused environment—this is the opportunity for you. ---------------------------------------- PAY & SCHEDULE * Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM * Schedule: Full-Time (every other weekend required) * LPN Pay: Starting at $27.00+/hr (based on experience) * RN Pay: Starting at $32.50+/hr (based on experience) * Shift Differentials: Available for all shifts, including weekends ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO As an RN or LPN at Friends Homes, you will provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting, supporting both their physical and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include: * Administer medications and treatments per physician orders * Monitor resident health and report changes in condition * Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed * Maintain accurate documentation, including MARs * Supervise CNAs and support the care team * Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings * Respond to emergencies and follow safety/infection control protocols ---------------------------------------- ✅ QUALIFICATIONS Required: * Current North Carolina RN or LPN license * Current CPR certification (AHA or equivalent) Preferred: * Experience in long-term care or geriatrics * Strong communication and leadership skills ---------------------------------------- WHY WORK AT FRIENDS HOMES?
