Description Location: Primary locations Cerro Gordo/Atwood possible coverage Monticello Shift: Day/evening Schedule: Varies as needed Job Summary: Provides direct patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the direct supervision of a physician. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Benefits: $150 uniform stipend annually Quality/Goal incentive annually Free Wellness Program DAISY Foundation Partner LPN pay $20.22-$30.34 per hour DOE RN pay $27.74-$41.61 per hour DOE Requirements Regulatory Requirements: IL LPN /RN Licensure Required.
