At CentraCare Monticello Specialty Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of specialists including: General Surgery, Urology, Weight Management, Cardiology, Sleep, Neurosurgery, Pain, Orthopedic, and Telehealth Stroke. Our nursing team works very closely with our physicians and advanced practice providers to provide quality care to our patients. Usually supporting 1 specialty per day. In this role, you will provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers, and assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently. The Ambulatory Care Licensed Practical Nurse renders care to patients in the clinic setting and assists with coordination of care under the direction of the Registered Nurse and provider. This position functions as a vital team member in providing patient/family centered care and supports Our Service Promise principles when interacting with patients, their families and with coworkers. Schedule: Casual position Available shifts are Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $23.22 per hour; exact wage determined by experience. Pay range: $23.22 - $35.16 per hour Benefits include retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications: Associate Degree Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in the State of Minnesota required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. Possesses the ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders, and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and hospital staff.
