Description This position is for an LPN who supports the mission of “Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships” in an integrated team with patients receiving counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment. The LPN’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Administer and coordinate medical services necessary for all patients within the center. Assist and be responsible for patient during appointments. Dispense and reconcile daily, controlled substance medication in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). Answering incoming calls and checking voice messages regularly. Perform urine drug screens, takes vitals, assist with patient evaluations. Call in patient medication as directed by Physician/Mid-level Provider. Input accurate patient information into electronic health record. Sending prior-authorizations to insurance companies. Review of the Prescription Monitoring Database. Provide education and resource information regarding medication. Ability to perform phlebotomy. Requirements Education: High School Diploma required LPN required Experience: 1-3 years of experience Experience with labs, blood draws and injections required.
