Immanuel Communities is seeking a LPN Team Lead to work Evenings at Yankee Hill Village located at 8401 South 33rd Street, Lincoln, NE 68516. Yankee Hill Village has 47 independent living, 59 assisted living and 16 memory support apartment homes. The schedule for this Evening position is Monday through Friday 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, with on call rotation. This position will pay up to $37.19/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. Job Duties & Skills Required What You Will Do The role of the LPN Team Lead is to support the AL Manager/AL Supervisor in implementing Immanuel’s goals of providing the best possible care for its Assisted Living residents. The primary responsibilities of this job includes presenting training and guidance to the Medication Aides, ensuring physician’s orders and pharmacy orders are clear and accurate, and providing resident needs as indicated. Monitors health care tracking systems and audits performed in the department. Skills & Requirements Current Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) license in the respective state in which he/she is employed is mandatory. Two (2) years’ experience in an assisted living or skilled care community is required. Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
