We are looking for compassionate, patient, and energetic Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Nursing Department. Our management staff provides a positive and supportive working environment.  Adara Living is a privately owned family facility, with a sound philosophy based on holistic care and compassion for both residents, family and team members.    About this Job:  * Temporary duration is flexible between 8 -13 weeks * 12-hour shifts starting at 6am or 6pm * 36-40 hours per week * Required: Active CO License * Required: CPR * Required: SNF Experience * Flexible schedules * $40-$45 /hour Responsibilities:   * Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care. * Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders. * Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented. * Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.   Adara Living is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
