(Some rewards based on hours worked) LPN Team Leader responsibilities will include: Performs nursing skills and documents within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans; documents care delivery, observations, medications/treatments promptly and accurately. Supervises and assists nursing assistants to follow their respective job descriptions. Confer with the Nurse Manager/Supervisor as indicated. Responds rapidly and appropriately to emergencies involving residents and staff. This includes independent living resident calls, evacuations, falls, fire alarms and drills, or any other emergency situation. Requirements LPN Team Leader Qualifications: PA LPN License is required however new Grads are welcome to apply. Prior long-term care experience is helpful but not required.
