Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Active applicable state licensure CPR Certified Clean background check and clean drug screen Authorized to work in the United States of America Providing leadership and direction to care for staff during weekend hours Serve as the primary on-call contact for resident care concerns and staff needs Respond promptly to urgent medical or staffing situations at the arise. Communicate weekend updates, incidents, and follow-up needs to the CNO and General Manager. Support staffing needs be filling in and coordinating replacements in case of call-offs on weekend shifts. Assisting with documentation, medication administration oversight, and care plan coordination as needed. Ensuring resident care is delivered in accordance with Luxe Life Standards, policies and state regulations.
