Overview The staff Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible administering physical therapy modalities of treatment under the plan of care of a licensed Physical Therapist. This is performed to assist each patient to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Qualifications Education:A high school diploma or GED; Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associate, Bachelor, or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy or a Physical Therapist Assistant program Experience: Experience in physical therapy preferred Licenses/Certificates: Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Alabama required. Current BCLS required
