Overview Performs physical therapy procedures and other related tasks under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) and assists the RPT in patient activities. Supervises technicians, volunteers and students as assigned. Qualifications Education required: Graduate of APTA accredited educational program for Physical Therapists Assistants License, certification and/or registration: Must have current Alabama license. Must receive BCLS certification within orientation period. Prefer member of APTA Additional skills/abilities: Must have excellent communication skills with the ability and willingness to work with all patients in a fast-paced environment
