Overview Job Summary Performs physical therapy procedures and other related tasks under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) and assists the RPT in patient activities. Supervises technicians, volunteers and students as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: Education: Graduate of APTA accredited educational program for Physical Therapists Assistants required. Must have current Alabama license. Must receive BCLS certification within orientation period. Prefer member of APTA. Experience: None required Additional Skills/Abilities: Must have excellent communication skills with the ability and willingness to work with all patients in a fast-paced environment.
