1.Operational & Warehouse Management 1.1. Oversees all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, binning, loading, and unloading of materials. 1.2. Ensure warehouse control measures are implemented to safeguard company assets and inventory. 1.3. Plan, coordinate, and control daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operational activities.  1.4. Manage storage and bin location allocation for new and existing stock items in line with warehouse policies. 1.5. Maintain warehouse housekeeping to a high standard (5 Star / Best Practice). 2.Inventory & Materials Control 2.1. Ensure accurate issuing and receiving materials in accordance with company policies and procedures. 2.2. Plan and conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts across all warehouse locations. 2.3. Ensure physical stock levels align with system inventory (SAP or equivalent ERP). 2.4. Monitor stock levels and proactively advise Procurement on potential shortages or stock out risks. 2.5. Control and manage fuel stock supply and distribution to operational areas. 2.6. Material discrepancy reporting and resolution with procurement team. 3.People Management & Development 3.1. Supervise, coach, and managing warehouse personnel (shift planning, performance, attendance). 3.2. Hold regular team meetings to address operational issues, safety matters, and performance. 3.3. Identify training needs and coordinate technical and safety training for warehouse staff. 3.4. Enforce discipline fairly and in line with company policies and Labor regulations. 4.Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement 4.1. Prepare and submit monthly warehouse performance, inventory, and KPI reports. 4.2. Liaise with mining, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and finance departments to ensure service delivery. 4.3. Support audits (internal and external) related to materials, stock, and compliance. 4.4. This is what we believe it takes to be the steel company of the future.  ArcelorMittal Liberia (AML) is operating inside Liberia since 2006, where we are employing approximately 1600 employees and about 1000 contractors mainly in the area of security as well as in transactional manual work like Bush cutting keeping the railway and our concession area free of natural overgrowth, as well as putting tarpaulins on the railcars etc. In Liberia we are running operations, spread over three locations, our harbour, and our Main offices in Buchanan, and the Nimba region the mines, existing of multiple mining locations at Tokadeh, Gangar and Yuelliton and a Crushing plant and rail loading facility, serviced by our own accommodation settlement in Yekepa. These locations are all connected with a 260 km Railroad, operated, and managed by AML, as per the MDA between ArcelorMittal and the government of Liberia. Currently 5 mtpa iron ore (DSO -Direct Shipping Ore) are produced, which will be phased out in the next few years and replaced with Iron Ore Concentrate. The Phase 2 project aims to increase export of Iron Ore to 15 mtpa (concentrate). This was restarted end 2020 after it was put on hold in 2014 due to Ebola outbreak in. Significant civil construction work was already well advanced when the project was put on hold. Phase 2 of the project consist of an iron ore concentrator at the mine, rehabilitation and upgrade of Rail line, and a new iron ore bulk handling terminal in the port.
