As an Installation and Logistics Coordinator at JRTech Solutions, reporting to the Installations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of store installations, managing service calls, overseeing product deliveries, and coordinating with various stakeholders involved in the installation process of our products and services. Update project schedule as often as needed, based on new information received, modifications from customers, installer teams constraints etc. Coordinate with customers to obtain store plans, IP addresses, type of ceiling, presence of asbestos, or other information deemed necessary to complete infrastructure installations. Supply the installers teams with forecast so they prepare schedules and ensure stock available. Create TRXs maps from store plans and based on training provided, and cross check with supervisor, submit for approval to customers as required. Update Quick Books sales orders for the infrastructure items required per job according to TRXs maps. Provide installers teams with jobs packages in advance like maps for antennas (TRXs), points of contact and other details. Follow up with installers for feedback from the field every morning and liaise with Support team to check and confirm if any connection errors. Be available for calls from the field after hours (in most cases infrastructure installations are scheduled at night and the install teams may need to speak to the Installation Coordinator for different situations). Confirm stock delivery status with stores prior to installation date. Monitor completion of the installation process and communicate completion to customers. Coordinate with Support and Installers teams to deploy infrastructure and Technicians to stores where post installation service is required. Create service calls estimates for clients, update when service call is complete, inform Installer teams of date and time and provide the necessary information package. Coordinate with installer teams to ensure that they have enough stock for service calls and coordinate restocking with the warehouses. Validate invoices from installers and create purchase orders (PO’s) in QuickBooks. Recruit and qualify installation teams to ensure coverage in all territories required by Sales team. Perform store visits for training purpose, store evaluation or items count as needed. Report any quality issues from the field to Manager, find solutions, follow up for implementation. What you need to succeed Bilingual (French and English) Level of English Required: Advanced (oral and written) Frequency of English Communication Expected for the Position: Daily — both written and verbal communication in English will be necessary on a regular basis – primarily for external communications with clients, suppliers, and/or partners outside of Quebec. Reason for English Requirement: The role involves ongoing collaboration with clients and suppliers in regions where English is the primary language. Bachelors’ degree in Project Management or similar.
