Description:
THE IDEAL TEACHING ASSISTANT SHOULD:
- Have experience working with young people with Autism (mild and high functioing) and ADHD or a genuine passion for this
- Be flexible, proactive and patient
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team
- Be resilient, passionate and driven to go above and beyond for children of all needs
- Be open to providing personal care
- Have a Background in Education, Care, Psychology or Drama, as these are very transferable.

Responsibilities:
An innovative, multi-disciplinary school located in Bucks, is looking for full-time Teaching Assistants to support across all ages.
As a specialist provider, they believe there is no limit to learning, and they provide a stimulating and nurturing environment from where pupils gain academic and social skills and are valued members of the community. They aim to provide lifelong skills for young adults with learning difficulties that promote active inclusion at home, at work and in the community.
It’s a very active and fast paced role, so they are looking for really passionate, motivated and enthusiastic SEN TAs who have a can-do attitude and will go above and beyond for the children.
