- Experience teaching students ages 6 to 16
- Good classroom management skills
- Willingness to learn
- Interest in developing artistic classes, expanding student proficiency in Mandarin
Responsibilities:
- Lead classes with 6 to 20 students ( with support)
- Actively guide students towards completing the assigned project
- Classroom management
- Advance student knowledge following curriculum
- Lesson plan development
- Room setup and organization
- Motivate and engage students
- Communicating clear instructions and guiding a team of younger instructors
- Willing to develop art curriculum
