[What the role is] ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (BRANDING & SCHOLARSHIP) 1 YEAR CONTRACT [What you will be working on] We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our Branding and Scholarship team within the HR Division. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful campaigns that showcase the people, purpose, and impact behind Singapore’s land transport system. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of both employer branding and scholarship campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, creation, and development of organic content (i.e. articles, videos) including employee and scholar stories, and thematic social media series Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective content planning, logistics and campaign execution Work closely with appointed creative and media buy agencies, and production houses to execute marketing campaigns for LTA employer branding and scholarship initiatives, including the development of key visuals, digital assets, and videos. Manage and update website content, ensuring it is accurate, consistent, and aligned with LTA’s branding and corporate guidelines Build and maintain a portfolio of content created and managed throughout the contract period If you are passionate about branding, content creation, and storytelling, this role is for you. [What we are looking for] At least 2 years of background knowledge and experience in communications, marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong storytelling ability and visual communication skills. Creative, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Passion for crafting stories that connect people to purpose. Knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut is a plus.
