[What the role is] HUMAN RESOURCE DATA ANALYST [What you will be working on] Join our Talent & Leadership Development team in the HR Division on a 6-month contract to support our digitalisation project focused on building interactive dashboards. You will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive our talent development initiatives. Your expertise will help us enhance our data visualization capabilities and improve decision-making processes within the organization. Key responsibilities: • Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and project objectives for dashboard development. • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, ensuring they are user-friendly and effectively communicate key metrics and insights. • Conduct data cleansing and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability of data used in reporting and analysis. • Provide training and support to team members on how to interpret, utilize and maintain dashboards for their respective functions. • Monitor and refine dashboard performance, incorporating feedback from users to enhance functionality and usability. [What we are looking for] Job Requirements: Knowledge in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field. Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python for data analysis and predictive modelling. Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
