[What the role is] Deputy/Assistant Manager, Leadership Learning & Innovation Division, Transformation Office. The Leadership Enablement and Innovation team, a vital part of LTA’s Transformation and Learning Office, is dedicated to fostering leadership excellence in LTA. We empower leaders and teams to drive significant impact through strategic initiatives in capability development, learning, corporate performance, transformation and innovation. As a key member of our team, you will play an enabling and integral role in conceptualising, developing, planning and implementing frameworks, solutions and programmes designed to cultivate collective commitment and action among LTA leaders and colleagues. Your contributions will directly shape LTA’s leadership development system encompassing: • Designing and enabling learning pathways that promote continuous leadership growth • Conducting user research to inform and refine development initiatives • Implementing capability-building programs that enhance leadership effectiveness • Translating LTA’s leadership expectations into practical tools, programs, and interventions to embed best practices organisation-wide You will be instrumental in strengthening leadership effectiveness by facilitating and coordinating onboarding, diagnostics, and targeted interventions for newly appointed leaders and their teams. The team also oversees LTA’s intranet platform, where you will contribute to workstreams such as conducting user research and collaborating with Group site owners on UI/UX requirements and design considerations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with: Demonstrating strong communication skills to effectively engage with management and other stakeholders.
