[What the role is] [LTA-NXG] DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, ROAD PRICING POLICY [What you will be working on] You will be part of the team that is tasked to implement the once-in-a-generation nationwide transition from the current ERP1 system to the ERP 2.0 system in Singapore. This role combines policy formulation and operations in the context of delivering a major technological project to the motoring public. This project will also require significant public and stakeholder engagement to ensure a smooth transition for motorists. Officers who have been looking to work on policies in an end-to-end manner - from conceptualising to stakeholder engagement, to public comms, to actual implementation on ground with external stakeholders – will find this a perfect fit for you to develop and hone your skillsets in the area of policy-ops planning and delivery. You will be mainly responsible for developing, coordinating and working with Corporate Communications colleagues and appointed creative agency to execute any public comms work related to ERP 2.0, and other job scope that the Director may assign to you, depending on the fit and interest of the officer: Coordinating with MOT HQ to keep senior management updated on the status of this nationwide exercise Developing and reviewing road pricing policies. Work with internal LTA divisions, AGC and MOT on legislative amendments Integrating the various workstreams across systems, ops and policies and coordinating with other divisions to ensure that the overall project timeline is met. [What we are looking for] Knowledge in any discipline A strong interest and acumen in policy making and ops delivery to the end customer Strong writing and communication skills Strong analytical abilities and drive for problem solving.
