[What the role is] We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented School & Community Outreach Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of outreach programmes, leveraging digital platforms and tools, to build knowledge, shape attitudes and influence behaviours among youths towards making greener transport choices. [What you will be working on] • You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital engagement and outreach strategies to engage schools and youths (across all levels) on LTA’s goals and initiatives, policies, and projects to encourage more sustainable commutes. • You will design, manage and implement blended learning programmes, such as virtual workshops and interactive web content to spark interest among youths in promoting more sustainable commutes among peers. These could include partnership with relevant stakeholders to co-create relevant outreach programmes. • You will manage a data analytic dashboard and define a set of performance metrics to better measure the effectiveness and impact of LTA's programme and engagement efforts, ensuring a data-driven approach to continuous improvement. The data insights will also allow the division to better coordinate outreach efforts and establish long-term relationships with stakeholders based on a data centric approach.
