[What the role is] SENIOR/EXECUTIVE/ENGINEER, ROLLING STOCK PROJECTS [What you will be working on] You will develop rolling stock and depot equipment specifications, and review design submissions from rolling stock manufacturers and depot equipment suppliers. The projects you will be working on include passenger trains, specialised track maintenance vehicles and depot equipment (automatic train wash plant, automatic storage retrieval system, underfloor wheel-lathe, etc.). You will also work on various engineering initiatives to improve reliability, operation and maintenance of the Rolling Stock and Depot Equipment. You will be working closely with cross functional teams from different disciplines within LTA, as well as with domain experts from rolling stock manufacturers and depot equipment suppliers. There will also be opportunities to work on innovative engineering elements of rolling stock and depot systems.
