[What the role is] SENIOR MANAGER/ MANAGER (FARE SYSTEM QUALITY ASSURANCE) [What you will be working on] You will be overseeing and ensuring the quality of products or services within a large-scale integrated e-payment system. You will manage QA teams, develop and implement quality standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will also be integrating security practices into the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment through DevSecOps implementation for the Fare System applications. This job would appeal to someone who likes developing and implementing DevSecOps strategy, aligning it with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You could be someone who have built your experience creating quality assurance policies/procedures, ensuring product quality and compliance to standards. If you like identifying areas of improvement in IT or engineering related work such as system design, development, testing or managing IT projects, this job would be ideal for you. As part of the job, you will be able to learn about the various ticketing systems deployed at Singapore’s public transport and provide valuable contribution to ensure the smooth rollout of new systems and enhancements. [What we are looking for] • Knowledge in Information Technology or Engineering; • At least 5 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance, software development or relevant IT fields (IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc); • Savviness with technology and daring to try innovative solutions; • An empathetic manager who is a team-player as well as able to work well independently; • Good written and verbal communication skills; • Experience in designing or creating delivery solutions for cloud hosted systems using Gitlab, Jira, Confluence etc will be an advantage; • Relevant certification in software quality assurance (ISO, CMMI) would be an added advantage.
