[What you will be working on] You will develop and review operations policies covering road operations covering road asset maintenance, traffic management, and enforcement. You will be responsible in ensuring our policies, processes, initiatives are kept abreast industry and technology trends. You can expect to work on challenging topics on how to prioritise outcomes and optimise the use of resources to manage LTA’s traffic and road operations. You will lead collaboration between departments and obtain buy-in form senior leadership on projects and policies to keep Singapore moving. Expect a fast-paced working environment. [What we are looking for] University degree in any discipline At least 2 years’ working experience in a related role, preferably in policy development Proficient in policy implementation and the review and alignment of multiple frameworks/work processes Strong writing and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail Good communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects independently. A team player with a growth mindset, eager to explore and introduce innovative solutions.
