Join the MedWiz of New Jersey team as a pharmacy Nurse Consultant/Account Manager, where you will provide outstanding clinical services to our facilities and collaborate with the clinical and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all facility leadership and nursing teams, acting as a liaison between the pharmacy and facility Provide expert advice & recommendations to the pharmacy & nursing teams Provide survey support to SNF and LTC facilities, which will include med pass observations, audits, educational sessions and providing reports in a timely fashion Provide excellent customer service and account management responsibilities Collaborate with the clinical pharmacy & customer service teams Maintain an expert level of knowledge of all federal & state rules & regulations surrounding the SNF & LTC settings, as applicable to this position Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation and be willing to travel to all buildings serviced by MedWiz Pharmacy as scheduled Participate in policy and procedure review and development, and other activities as needed Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of clinical leadership and nursing teams Requirements: Previous long-term care experience, RN or LPN
