Key Responsibilities: · Conduct thorough wound assessments and develop personalized care plans for each patient. · Perform wound debridement, dressing changes, and other wound care procedures. · Continuously monitor and assess patients’ progress in wound healing. · Educate both patients and facility staff on effective wound care techniques and prevention strategies. · Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. · Manage pain related to wounds to ensure patient comfort. Qualifications: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current Nurse Practitioner license in specified location. Certification in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (WOCN) is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in wound care. Strong clinical skills in wound assessment and treatment, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
