Description We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented LTL Shipping Associate to manage daily freight shipments. This role is responsible for operating a forklift, boxing and preparing products for shipment, and ensuring all outgoing freight is accurate and on time. Requirements Responsibilities: Prepare and package freight for shipment Operate a forklift to move materials safely Stage and load outgoing shipments Communicate effectively with the warehouse team Ensure accuracy of shipments and proper documentation Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: Experience in shipping and packaging required Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to read a tape measure accurately
