JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team for every Saturday from 9AM to 4PM with lunch supplied. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Previous experience as a mechanic or in a similar role is desirable.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to automotive maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various types of vehicles.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or necessary repairs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle’s needs.
  • Assist in sales of additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle performance.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow in the service department.
  • Lift heavy equipment or parts as needed during maintenance tasks.
