JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services on vehicles, ensuring that they operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and have a strong commitment to customer service. This position requires hands-on work with various tools and equipment, making it essential for candidates to have experience with automotive repair.

SKILLS

• Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repairs.
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients.
• Sales skills to promote additional services or products when appropriate.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus.
• Ability to maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during service operations.
• Previous experience as a mechanic or in automotive repair is advantageous.
