Responsibilities
  • Ensure all health, safety and environmental regulations are followed.
  • Perform fluid/filter replacement and other vehicle maintenance items.
  • Perform vehicle tire repairs, replacements and summer/winter swaps.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend the appropriate goods or service.
  • Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to all customers.
  • Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting.
  • Clean floors, fixtures and maintain a clutter free environment.
  • Collect and dispose of all garbage and recyclables.
  • Always maintain professionalism and represent company in a positive manner.
  • Follow all processes and procedures as established by the management team.
  • Always maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
  • Maintain an organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
  • Attend and participate in training.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Jiffy Lube management team.
