JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube & Tire Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Lube & Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine oil changes and other essential maintenance tasks. As well as installing and balancing tires. Lifting and putting tires away into storage.

SKILLS

• Previous dealership or independent shop experience is preferred but not required
• Strong mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive repair
• Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during maintenance tasks
• Experience in using a tire machine and tire balancer

• Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various vehicles
• Conduct routine maintenance services, including filter replacements and tire rotations
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Installing and balancing tires. Completing seasonal tire change overs
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs
• Handle heavy lifting as required during service tasks
