Description Noble Trucking is looking for a reliable, experienced Lube Tech to join our high-pace heavy-duty shop team. Focus on preventative maintenance and routine services for semi-trucks and trailers in a clean indoor environment. Key Responsibilities: Oil changes, chassis greasing, fluid checks/top-offs (engine, transmission, differentials, coolant, etc.) Replace basic filters (oil, fuel, air) Visual inspections: tires, brakes (pads/linings), lights, leaks, undercarriage wear Assist senior techs with brake replacements and simple repairs DOT-style inspections and general shop support Maintain a clean, organized workspace and tools at all times Pay & Benefits: Starting pay DOE – competitive and discussed during interview Overtime available (especially during busy workflow periods) Uniforms provided after 30 days Health insurance starts the month following start date 1-week paid vacation after 6 months; 2 weeks after 1-year 401(k) and additional perks (details in interview) Requirements Minimum 1-2 years' experience in lube/quick service, tire/lube, heavy equipment, auto/heavy-duty maintenance, or related field (semi/trailer experience preferred) Self-motivated and a team player who understands shop processes and handles paperwork accurately Own basic hand tools (shop provides major equipment) Valid driver's license with clean record Able to lift 50+ lbs, stand/bend/climb for full shifts Reliable – show up on time for every scheduled shift, including any required weekends Provide full work history; must pass drug & alcohol test Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tasks changing daily Schedule: Primarily 5 days on / 2 days off weekly (consistent shop hours); some weekends may be required depending on workflow and business needs (OT available for extra days)
