QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Lube Technician in an automotive service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle lubrication systems, including oil types, filters, and fluid specifications.
  • Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools commonly used in automotive maintenance.
  • Familiarity with vehicle diagnostic equipment and ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and guidelines accurately.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Preferred:
  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • Sales Experience

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in automotive technology, attending training sessions as required.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for both staff and customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
