FULL JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our team at Bill Hood Chevrolet Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and high-quality automotive maintenance services to our valued customers. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: * Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services efficiently and accurately. * Inspect and diagnose vehicle components for potential issues * Complete basic automotive repairs, such as replacing filters, bulbs, and wipers. * Perform fluid checks and top-ups as required. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment. * Keep detailed records of services performed and maintain accurate documentation. * Communicate effectively with customers to address their automotive needs and concerns. * Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
