Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive service and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring vehicles are operating efficiently, and delivering top-notch service to our customers. Duties Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on vehicles. Inspect vehicles for any potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or services. Assist with tire service, including rotation, balancing, and installation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and tools. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs. Collaborate with other technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of services. Document all services performed on vehicles accurately in the system. Skills Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle maintenance tasks. Experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of automotive service procedures and best practices. Familiarity with tire service techniques and equipment is beneficial. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues effectively. Sales skills to promote additional services or products when appropriate. Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus.
