JOB DESCRIPTION:

At Jack’s our service advisors are responsible for communicating with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relaying information to our technicians.

• Full Time Position
• Greeting and answering customers questions about service outcomes
• Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered for auto repairs
• Managing the service center’s scheduling and work flow
• Assisting customers with deciding to fix their car through payment plays
• Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
