Description Blake Ford in Franklin, VA is seeking an experienced Lube Technician to join our team! We are looking for someone who is serious about a future in the automotive field. The candidate should be willing to learn and perform in a fast paced environment and must be reliable and detail oriented. Training will be provided but the candidate must possess previous automotive experience. This position is full-time with great pay, great benefits AND sign-on bonus! *Candidate MUST HAVE previous Automotive Technician experience & State Inspection License. Qualifications: Automotive Repair and Diagnosis experience required Must have previous Automotive dealership experience. Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment High School Diploma or GED (required) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must have own tools Must have a State Inspection License.
