Description JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY The Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and fluid checks, multipoint inspections, recommending additional services to ensure the efficient operation and longevity of customer vehicles. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform oil changes and lubrication services according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines. Conduct basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements. Assist automotive technicians with service tasks, including vehicle inspections and repairs, as needed. Follow safety protocols and dealership standards to ensure a safe working environment and quality service. Keep accurate records of services performed, including parts used, labor hours, and vehicle condition. Take photos of vehicles and be able to recommend additional service up sales. Make sure vehicle has recent kia update installed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service bay and work areas. Communicate effectively with team members and service advisors to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries professionally and promptly. Previous experience in automotive maintenance or related field is advantageous. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures. Know how to use Dealertrack and Xtime Ability to follow instructions and dealership standards. Attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop new skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Gain and maintain certifications for all brand manufacturers relevant to the projects you are working with or on. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
