Description
As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, performance, and longevity of our customers' vehicles while providing excellent service. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for automotive maintenance and a desire to start or advance their career in the automotive industry. Responsibilities: 1.    Perform oil changes and filter replacements on customer vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures. 2.    Rotate tires and inspect tire tread depth, wear patterns, and inflation levels to ensure safe and proper vehicle operation. 3.    Check and top off fluid levels, including coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid, as needed. 4.    Conduct visual inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues or safety concerns, such as fluid leaks or worn brake pads. 5.    Complete basic maintenance tasks, such as replacing air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades, according to service schedules. 6.    Follow proper procedures for disposing of used oil, filters, and other hazardous materials in accordance with environmental regulations. 7.    Maintain a clean and organized work area, including service bays, tools, and equipment, to ensure safety and efficiency. 8.    Assist other technicians and service department staff as needed to ensure timely completion of work and customer satisfaction. 9.    Document all maintenance services performed accurately and legibly on service orders and electronic records. 10.  Participate in training and continuing education opportunities to stay informed about new automotive technology and maintenance techniques.
