The role assists in performing vehicle repairs and maintenance, supports technical guidance, and ensures service standards are met by diagnosing issues and providing technical support, all while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. What will YOU do? Perform Lubeserv Express Lube services in accordance with Lubeserv Service Operations Manual and appropriate TESDA NC curriculum or equivalent Ensure that the serviced vehicle is clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints. Provide accurate status of incomplete job orders (ex. Oil Change/Maintenance Service Preparation and Processing) to Service Advisor as needed Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting Log and keep accurate documentation of oil change service requests provided to the customers Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time What will YOU need? TESDA - Automotive Servicing certification or other relevant vocational course With valid Driver’s License At least 3 years of relevant work experience - experienced mechanic with technical knowledge in car maintenance Well-versed in automobile troubleshooting with knowledge in safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems and oil and lubricant types Expert-level knowledge in oil change process for gasoline and diesel automobiles Ability to deal with standardized situations and follow technical manuals
