Description Job Title: Lubricants Driver (Non-CDL) – Motor Oil Job Type: Full-Time (40+ hours/week), Monday–Friday Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Pay Range: $22–$24/hour (approximately $45,760–$49,920 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek) Location: Elk River, Minnesota Position Summary As a Lubricants Driver( Non- CDL), you will be responsible for transporting lubricant products to and from our warehouse, manufacturing plants, and customer locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to: Safely operate company-owned vehicles (under CDL weight limits) to deliver and pick up lubricant products Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are secured and handled properly Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable DOT regulations Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times Assist with warehouse duties when not driving, as needed Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license in good standing Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to lift up to 100 pounds (with assistance when needed) Ability to operate pallet jacks and hand trucks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read and understand delivery paperwork and follow written instructions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
